Westwood Gallery is the creation of life long resident and native Oregonian, potter, woodworker, inventor, and forest lover Walter Ruston. Located approx. eight miles south of historic Dallas, Oregon along the rustic back roads of the western Willamette Valley foothills, Westwood is set on seven acres of forested land surrounded by towering oak and fir amidst a woodland garden of native mosses, ferns, plants and ponds.

Mixed with the sound of water falling from the bent-willow water feature, Westwood offers a place to relax in the beauty of a natural setting just far enough away from the rush of traffic and the business of day to day duties... An art gallery, a place of refuge, a place to enjoy. Take your time, wander the front garden, maybe see some fish in the pond or a deer or two or maybe a couple of silver gray squirrels scamper about.

The gallery offers work featuring Oregon artists from functional stoneware, raku, pit-fired and horsehair pottery along with photography in Oregon landscape to woodland and macro prints, woodwork, boxes, unique Oregon-stone oil lamps and much more.
